SITE: Downtown Potter in front of the Village Office and Post Office.

First games will start at 9:00 a.m.

**Grades according to 2008-09 school year**

Entry Fee: $40.00 each team (with a maximum of 4 players per team)

Entry Deadline: Entries must be received or postmarked by July 18, 2008.

Competition Format: Double-elimination. All games will have a court monitor.

Awards: All participants will receive t-shirts—Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals will be awarded to the top three teams in each category.

Rules:

* Games will be played to 15 points with a 20 minute time limit except the championship game with will have no limit.

* Field goals will count one point and shots beyond the 3-point arc will count two points.

* Each team will be granted one 1-minute timeout per game.

* Individuals may only participate on one team.
