Potter-Dix Booster Club 2011-2012 |
The Potter-Dix Booster Club is an organization that was created to support the Potter-Dix students in all thier endeavors. We have several local and area business and family memberships that allows us to support the various activities within the Potter-Dix K-12 system. P-D Booster Club supports the K-12th grade activities by sponsoring radio broadcasts, team/group photos in Sidney & Kimball newspapers, the monthly school calender in the Coyote Caller, group/team photos on the Coyote Caller, treats/drinks for each activity, support for group trips & other needs by request and as funding is available. The Booster Club also funds two college scholarships each year. Business memberships include name announcements in radio broadcasts and newspaper ads. The family membership is $25 while the business membership is $100. We have three designated seasons (fall, winter, and spring) in which we form committees to split up the school year and the activities which fall in that area. We encourage any and all families and businesses to join us, as this allows us to support the K-12 students in many different areas. We also need volunteers to chair the committees as well as members to be on committees to get the job done well. |
ATTN SENIORS: We provide a scholarship to two seniors in the amount of $300 at the beginning of their second semester in college. There are two requirements for receiving this scholarship: 1) complete a questionaire/essay 2) be a current family or business member If you are interested in applying, please contact us. |
